Ever since I was a toddler growing up in California, I have had a fascination for nature due to the fact I was fortunate enough to grow up in an area rich with biodiversity and vastly different landscapes. As I grew older, this manifested via a move to Montana, a career in wildlife biology and through the lens of my camera.

My passion for the diverse cultures around the world has only been enhanced through my travels over the years giving me the yearning to want to learn even more and how nature is tightly intertwined with many indigenous teachings. In which, lifestyle photography has helped showcase the true colors of every culture I come in contact with.

I try to create a fun yet inquisitive outlook on life including every animal or person I encounter to giving them the utmost respect as if they were family. By the teachings of my role models, Steve Irwin & Ansel Adams, and from my job as a wildlife biologist I learned over time that you must be patient in life because if you rush anything you are not only doing a disservice to the people & animals you are trying to learn from or about, but to yourself as well. Rome wasn’t built in a day!

This also translated to my photography because if you rush your shots or don’t put in the work, you will end up with a mediocre result at best which I don’t settle for anything less than the best from the work I produce and for the people I work with.
